When I import textures, what is exacly that Camnorm thing? We have to import skins with it or it's better not?

What is camnorm?

The skin is good also in GTA: SA Android.
The problem is that if you spawn Michael, the CLEO Menu become invisible.
It seems that the problem is the .dff file.
